Buying a home with a Pool in San Diego

If you are serious about buying a home with a pool follow these steps.

  1. Get familiar with the area or areas you may wish to live. Call me if you need help with this.  We can get you great information about lifestyle, schools and more.
  2. Get your financing set up with a lender.  (Call if you need a referral. I can give you the lowest rates I have found or I can refer you a rock solid lender with great customer service.)
  3. Ask me to set you up on the broker feed so you can see the homes as soon as they hit the market.  Or if you are busy have me monitor the broker feed for you.
  4. Talk to me about hiring a separate pool inspector.  My experience tells me that you need a contractor with an inspection license to do your pool inspection.  Hiring most inspectors to check on the pool has been almost a complete waste of the extra fee.  We can ask the homeowner to turn on the pump for us.

In short if you are buying a home with a Pool… contact me and I will help you hire the best inspector / pool contractor I have found.
